A mini cargobike culture newsletter
Hello everyone,
Welcome to Issue #8 of Cargobike Culture!
It’s another mini issue of the newsletter this week, we’ll be back to normal service next time. Meanwhile here’s some fun things I found this week.
The Verge has a great write up about Specialized’s new entry into the cargobike market, the Globe Haul ST.
Illinois based folding bike manufacture Dahon announced a new folding cargobike this week.
It’s a trike, so the front of the bike won’t be any narrower when folded, but it’ll be a lot shorter.
Next week friend of the newsletter Anna Holligan and her BBC colleague Kate Vandy will be making some exciting progress on their cargobike powered mobile news studio.

Follow @BikeBureau too see what they get up to.
Cargobike of the week
This issue’s cargobike of the week is our own bakfiets Audrey!

I had a tidy up at my woodworking workshop and had a lot of scraps to take to the recycling centre. How to do it? Cargobike of course!
Twitter corner
Big love to twitter user Sjoerd Fietst for this excellent cargobike load. Turns out you don’t need to own an SUV to get stuff done.
And Paul Frazier celebrated 3000 miles in his Urban Arrow.
